What’s the most dreadful or wonderful experience you’ve ever had as a customer?
The first thing that popped into my head as a wonderful experience was during our trip to Fukuoka in 2018. My friend, Celine, and I have been doing these birthday trips every November for a few years now. So during this trip, I guess the person at the check-in counter saw our birthdays on our passports and gave us seats in the first row. You usually need to pay for first row because they’re extra leg room seats. I guess nobody purchased the seats for that flight so we were given those when we checked in. We were sat next to a very kind Japanese man who offered to share his snacks with us. It was a truly amazing start to our trip, despite the flight getting delayed for hours.
I’m pretty sure that I have a lot of dreadful experiences, but I can’t think of anything right now so I guess there wasn’t really anything that was so bad, it totally stood out and I couldn’t get it out of my head. LOL. And that is a good thing, let’s focus on wonderful experiences instead of dreadful ones. ^^
